A Form V pupil and boarder, Luka enjoyed this co-curricular activity as it gave him an opportunity to expand his interests in both music and design.
After choosing to build an electric guitar, Luka spent a few afternoons each week in the EDT Department working on his instrument, all with the helpful guidance and advice from EDT teacher, Mr Delaney.
Luka’s hard work didn’t stop there – during the painting process he even took his guitar home with him to Croatia during the holidays to complete. All of his patience and perseverance paid off earlier this term when Luka finally finished building his very own guitar!
Throughout the entire process, Luka documented his journey with photo updates to see how far he had come. After completion, he played his guitar for the first time in front of teachers Mr and Mrs Delaney.
Well done, Luka!
